Neil O’Donnell and Aaron Silberman Speak on Terminations

Neil O’Donnell and Aaron Silberman spoke on Terminations at the West’s Annual Government Contracts Year in Review Conference. This gathering, typically attended by nearly 2,000 people, was held at the Omni Shoreham Hotel in Washington D.C. Mr. O’Donnell addressed recent developments in terminations for default and Mr. Silberman did the same for terminations for convenience. This was the 30th consecutive year that RJO attorneys have spoken at the Conference.
