Neil O’Donnell and Amy Bomse Named to 2026 Edition of The Best Lawyers in America®, Josh Maltzer Named to “Ones to Watch”

He has litigated cases in federal and state trial and appellate courts, the boards of contract appeals and the Government Accountability Office. 

Bomse is co-chair of RJO’s Attorney Liability and Conduct Practice Group and a member of the Complex Commercial Litigation Practice Group. Her practice focuses on the law of lawyering. Bomse represents lawyers, law firms and clients in a wide variety of disputes involving professional negligence, fiduciary duties and breach of contract. Maltzer has more than a decade of experience litigating high-stakes construction, insurance coverage, commercial business and product liability matters. Maltzer represents contractors, owners, developers, property managers and real estate purchases from the inception of projects and contract negotiation through project completion and resolution of claims.
