Neil O’Donnell to Discuss Emerging Federal Contracting Law Trends During BCABA Annual Program
Neil O’Donnell, a shareholder in and former chair of RJO’s Government Contracts and Construction Practice Groups, will address key recent federal court decisions of importance for contractors at the Boards of Contract Appeals Bar Association (BCABA)’s Annual Program on February 1 at 3:30 p.m. EST in Washington, D.C.
Mr. O’Donnell will join two other panelists for “Court of Federal Claims, Federal Circuit, And Other Court Decisions: Key Developments.” This panel is an annual fixture at the event and features distinguished practitioners and scholars.
This year’s panel highlights federal court decision takeaways and emerging trends that could impact how federal contractors procure government contracts and protest bid denials. Mr. O’Donnell will be joined by George Washington University School of Law Professor Emeritus of Law Ralph Nash and U.S. Department of Justice Assistant Director William Grimaldi. Jason Workmaster of Miller & Chevalier Chartered will serve as the moderator.
