RJO Attorneys Successfully Defend $17.5 Billion Award

RJO Attorneys Lucas Hanback, Deborah Rodin, and Neil O’Donnell successfully defended FEDITC LLC’s award, against multiple protests of a $17.5 billion ENCORE III information technology services multi-award contract from the Defense Information Systems Agency. This outstanding result was confirmed in three decisions handed down by Senior Judge Loren A. Smith of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. The decision denying Inserso’s bid protest specifically adopted RJO’s argument that even if it could prove error, Inserso could not show it was prejudiced by DISA’s evaluation. Read more here.
