RJO Welcomes Julia A. Caruso

RJO is pleased to announce that Julia A. Caruso has joined our firm as an associate, specializing in government contracts.

Ms. Caruso has extensive experience representing individual and corporate clients from varied industries in both litigation and transactional matters.

Before joining Rogers Joseph O’Donnell, Ms. Caruso served as corporate counsel and business development manager at Viacon Packaging Solutions, where she managed and advised on a wide variety of commercial contracts.  She has experience with reviewing, drafting and negotiating master services agreements, vendor agreements, employment agreements, consulting agreements, asset purchase agreements, and general commercial agreements.

Ms. Caruso received her B.A. from the University of Michigan with distinction.  She was later awarded her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, graduating cum laude, where she was a member of the National Security and Armed Conflict Law Review. Ms. Caruso also gained valuable experience, while serving as a summer judicial law clerk for the Honorable Stephen J. Murphy, III, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
