Professional Qualifications
Ms. Caruso has extensive experience representing individual and corporate clients from varied industries in both litigation and transactional matters.
Before joining Rogers Joseph O’Donnell, Ms. Caruso served as corporate counsel and business development manager at Viacon Packaging Solutions, where she managed and advised on a wide variety of commercial contracts. She has experience with reviewing, drafting and negotiating master services agreements, vendor agreements, employment agreements, consulting agreements, asset purchase agreements, and general commercial agreements.
Ms. Caruso also has extensive experience investigating and litigating a wide range of claims in the areas of complex commercial litigation and insolvency. She has successfully prosecuted and defended claims for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and civil theft, as well as fraudulent transfers, objections to dischargeability, and avoidance actions in bankruptcy court.
Ms. Caruso received her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, where she was a member of the National Security and Armed Conflict Law Review. While in law school, Ms. Caruso served as a student attorney for the Human Rights Clinic and gained valuable legal experience from a judicial internship with the Honorable Stephen J. Murphy III of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
