RJO Welcomes Whitney R. Miner

RJO is pleased to announce that Whitney R. Miner has joined our firm as an associate in our Complex Commercial Litigation, Environmental Law and Retail Industry Trade Regulation Practice Groups.

Ms. Miner has represented clients in a wide range of litigation matters, including contractual disputes, business torts, and intellectual property infringement. She has litigated cases in state and federal courts, and has experience in all aspects of litigation as well as settlement negotiations and dispute resolution. Ms. Miner also regularly advises clients on how to establish, maintain, and protect their brands, including prosecuting trademark and copyright applications and enforcing intellectual property rights.

Before joining Rogers Joseph O’Donnell, Ms. Miner was an associate at a prominent litigation firm in San Francisco, where she successfully represented clients in industries including wireless communications, technology, e-commerce, and consumer goods and retail.

Ms. Miner received her B.A. degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and was awarded her Juris Doctorate from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where she received Witkin awards for highest grades in Legal Research & Writing and Persuasive Analysis. Ms. Miner is an active member of several community organizations, including California Lawyers for the Arts, where she represents individuals on a pro bono basis.

Ms. Miner has been named a Northern California Super Lawyers “Rising Star” in 2017, 2018, and 2019.
