Joe McGowan to Attend United Contractors 2025 Public Works Summit

Rogers Joseph O’Donnell PC shareholder Joseph C. McGowan will attend the United Contractors 2025 Public Works Summit on May 1 in Anaheim, California. 

The summit offers a chance for industry leaders to connect with one another and build connections with prime contractors, subcontractors, union leaders, agency leaders, managers, associated firms, United Contractors staff and other industry stakeholders. 

United Contractors is California’s premier construction trade association representing heavy civil engineering contractors across the state. RJO has been a member since 2008.

McGowan has practiced construction law for over 25 years, with a focus on public works, government contracts, suretyship and construction-related real property disputes. He has extensive experience with bench trials, jury trials and arbitration.
