Neil O’Donnell and Patricia Meagher, Speakers on Terminations in Early 2018

Neil O’Donnell and Patricia Meagher spoke on Terminations at the West’s Annual Government Contracts Year in Review Conference. This gathering, typically attended by nearly 2000 people, was held as usual at the Omni Shoreham Hotel in Washington D.C. Mr. O’Donnell addressed recent developments in terminations for default and Ms. Meagher did the same for terminations for convenience. This was the 29^th consecutive year that RJO attorneys have spoken at the Conference.
