May 26, 2026

Rogers Joseph O’Donnell, P.C. shareholders Alecia E. Cotton and Alexis J. Morris, and senior counsel Suhani Kamdar will attend the third annual ACI Summit on PFAS Regulation, Compliance and Litigation in New York from May 27-29.

The conference will examine the growing legal, regulatory and business risks associated with PFAS, commonly known as “forever chemicals.” Programming will focus on strategies for navigating evolving EPA regulations, inconsistent state laws, enforcement actions and litigation exposure affecting companies across the supply chain, including manufacturers, distributors, importers and retailers. Attendees will also gain insight into mitigating environmental liabilities, supply chain disruptions and reputational risks tied to PFAS-related compliance challenges. A pre-conference workshop on May 27 will focus on PFAS testing methods, data interpretation and litigation preparedness strategies.
