RJO Welcomes Amy L. Bomse

RJO is pleased to announce that Amy L. Bomse has joined our firm as a Shareholder in our Attorney Liability and Conduct and Complex Commercial Litigation Practice Groups.

Ms. Bomse represents clients in business disputes and has substantial trial experience. A primary focus of her practice is representing law firms in defending against claims of negligence, breach of duty and fee disputes. She also counsels law firms and corporations on compliance with legal ethics and risk management. She lectures frequently on legal ethics issues. She is currently serving as the Chair of the Committee on Professional Responsibility and Conduct, and is a standing committee member of the State Bar of California focused on professional responsibility.

Ms. Bomse received her B.A. from Yale University and received an M.A. from Duke University. She was awarded her J.D. from Duke University School of Law. She was most recently a partner at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP.
