Rogers Joseph O’Donnell Welcomes Associate Tariq Boulad
Rogers Joseph O’Donnell PC is pleased to welcome Tariq I. Boulad as an associate in the firm’s San Francisco office. Boulad joined on Sept. 4.
Boulad is a skilled litigator and a dedicated advocate for his clients. He is a member of the firm’s Environmental Law and Retail Industry Trade Regulation practice groups who represents retailers, manufacturers and commercial property owners in a wide range of disputes arising under state and federal law, including California’s Proposition 65 and the federal CERCLA statute.
Prior to joining Rogers Joseph O’Donnell, Boulad was a former associate for three Los Angeles-based law firms, where he built his skills in litigation across a wide range of matters, including employment, commercial, insurance coverage and intellectual property disputes.
Actively involved in the San Francisco Bar Association and the Bay Area Association of Muslim Lawyers, Boulad is a member of the firm’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee. He earned his J.D. from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law. Boulad received his Bachelor of Arts from California State University in Sacramento. While in law school, Boulad was a recipient of the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Corporate Tax.
