Sharon Rossi to Present Employment Law Compliance and Best Practices for HR Investigations at AGC Forum

Rogers Joseph O’Donnell P.C. shareholder Sharon Ongerth Rossi will lead a timely discussion on employment law compliance and best practices for workplace investigations for the Associated General Contractors of California’s Q1 HR Forum Meeting at 10 a.m. PST on March 18.

The virtual event is free for AGC members to attend and will focus on wage and hour compliance, harassment, discrimination, workplace violence and retaliation prevention and will address when an HR investigation is legally required or otherwise warranted, how to maintain confidentiality and other critical issues that may arise during a workplace investigation.
