Baldwin is co-chair of the firm’s Attorney Liability and Conduct Practice Group and a member of the Complex Commercial Litigation Practice Group, focusing on attorney liability matters and business disputes, including legal malpractice, breach of fiduciary duty and disqualification motions. She represents lawyers and law firms in litigation and state bar disciplinary actions and counsels law firms and in-house legal departments concerning ethics, regulatory compliance and risk management.
Goodman is the chair of the firm’s Environmental Law Practice Group and a member of the Retail Industry Trade Regulation Practice Group. He represents a wide variety of clients in litigation and enforcement actions arising under federal and state environmental law. Goodman also represents clients in negotiations with regulatory agencies and in the purchase and sale of environmentally impacted property.
Heller focuses on trials and appeals of commercial litigation, professional liability, civil rights, insurance coverage, employment and real estate matters. He is the former Chair of the Litigation Section Executive Committee of the San Francisco Bar Association, and a former member of the Bar Association’s Judiciary Committee.
O’Donnell has more than 50 years of experience advising clients on government contracts and construction matters at the federal, state and local levels. He has litigated cases in federal and state trial and appellate courts, the boards of contract appeals and the Government Accountability Office. O’Donnell has written and lectured on a wide variety of government contract topics.
Quazzo co-chairs the firm’s Complex Commercial Litigation Practice Group and brings more than 30 years of experience handling business, corporate governance, shareholder and real estate litigation matters for clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to high-net-worth individuals. He has represented clients in disputes involving breach of fiduciary duty, shareholder claims and commercial real estate, including matters valued in the tens of millions of dollars.
As co-chair of the firm’s Construction Practice Group and a member of the Government Contracts Practice Group, Silberman focuses his practice on government contracts and construction law counseling and litigation, representing contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and design professionals. He is a former chair of the American Bar Association (ABA) Public Contract Law Section and the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of California’s Legal Advisory Committee.
