Tariq Boulad, Jules Szanton Named to 2026 Lawdragon 500 X – The Next Generation Guide

Lawdragon has named Rogers Joseph O’Donnell, P.C., associates Tariq I. Boulad and Jules L. Szanton to the 2026 Lawdragon 500 X –  The Next Generation Guide. 

The annual list recognizes rising lawyers nationwide within their first 15 years of practice who are “the future of the law.” To assemble its guides, Lawdragon conducts independent research and reviews nominations from firms around the United States. 

Boulad is a member of the firm’s Retail Trade, Environmental and Construction Practice Groups. He represents retailers, manufacturers and energy companies in disputes arising under CERCLA, Clean Water Act and California’s Proposition 65. He also handles a wide range of complex construction litigation and project development matters. 

Szanton is a member of the firm’s Government Contracts Practice Group and represents federal, state, and local government contractors. He handles a wide range of matters, including bid protests, requests for equitable adjustments, contract appeals, terminations, small business issues, prime contractor-subcontractor disputes and cybersecurity matters.
