Xiangpu “Blair” Huang Joins Rogers Joseph O’Donnell’s Construction Practice as an Associate

Rogers Joseph O’Donnell, PC is pleased to welcome Xiangpu “Blair” Huang as an associate in the firm’s Construction Practice Group. Based in the firm’s San Francisco office, Huang represents construction clients in a wide range of matters, including contract disputes, negligence and defect claims and litigation.

“We’re excited that Blair is joining RJO,” said founding shareholder Neil H. O’Donnell. “His civil litigation and mediation experience will be a valuable addition to the team.”

Huang has experience with mediation, leading and defending expert depositions, drafting and managing complex discovery and jury trial preparation. He has worked on matters ranging from negligence, breach of contract, construction defect liability, landlord-tenant disputes and general liability.

“For the next stage of my career, I want to focus on the construction industry and RJO’s robust construction practice provides that opportunity,” said Huang. “I look forward to working with such an experienced team.”  

Before joining RJO, Huang was an associate in an established national litigation firm’s civil litigation department. Prior to that, he clerked at several law firms and for the Santa Clara County Public Defender’s Office.

Huang earned his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law, and his B.A. in history and B.A. in Japanese as a dual major from The University of California, Davis. While in law school, he earned a High Tech Law Certificate, with honors, and served as senior production editor of the Santa Clara High Technology Law Journal. He was also part of the Honors Moot Court Program, participating in both internal and external competitions. He speaks fluent Mandarin and Japanese.
