Professional Qualifications
Mr. Huang handles a wide range of matters, including construction defect, negligence and contract disputes. He also has experience in general liability litigation.
Before joining Rogers Joseph O’Donnell, Mr. Huang was an associate at an established national litigation firm in its civil litigation department. There, he served as second chair in a gross negligence jury trial and mediated matters involving negligence, breach of contract, construction defect, landlord-tenant and general liability. Previously, he clerked for several law firms, supporting legal teams in business litigation, civil litigation and family law. Mr. Huang also clerked for the Santa Clara County Public Defender’s Office.
Mr. Huang earned his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law, and his B.A. in history and B.A. in Japanese as a dual major from The University of California, Davis. While in law school, he earned a High Tech Law Certificate, with honors, and served as senior production editor of the Santa Clara High Technology Law Journal. He was also part of the Honors Moot Court Program, participating in both internal and external competitions.
Outside of the office, Mr. Huang enjoys playing tennis, skiing and traveling. He is also fluent in both Mandarin and Japanese.
