Mr. Linderman is a member of the firm's Complex Commercial Litigation, Government Contracts and Construction Law Practice Groups.
Professional Qualifications
Along with his litigation practice, Mr. Linderman has extensive experience in federal, state and local procurement matters. He represents clients in contract negotiations, preparing and negotiating contract claims, bid protests, contract terminations, civil and criminal fraud investigations, litigation, and arbitration (including international ICC arbitration). Mr. Linderman also advises clients regarding regulatory and accounting compliance. These clients range from major high-tech, health care and defense contractors to multinational engineering and construction firms.
Before joining Rogers Joseph O'Donnell, Mr. Linderman was a litigation partner at Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal LLP and SNR Denton LLP and chair of the firm’s government contracts practice. He also served as law clerk to the Honorable Aldon J. Anderson, United States District Court, District of Utah. Mr. Linderman is admitted to the Bars of the State of California and the District of Columbia. He is a member of the American Bar Association Section of Public Contract Law and a member of the committee on Health Care Contracting.
